Grilled Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

You know how you get an idea in your head when eating out. When at home, you probably take more time to think what to cook for tonight.

It has been my favorite dish since ever Ikea is exist in Malaysia. This favorite dish comes cheap and it is really delicious than any where of restaurants offer salmon dishes and charging sky high prices for a simple dish like this.

Things to prepare (for 2):

2 slices of King Salmon fillet (you can get it from Jusco)
2 US potatoes
1 broccoli
Chopped fresh Dill
1 fresh lemon
Paul's light Sour cream
Mustard
Garlic

- seasoned salmon fillet with sea salt & pepper, marinate for 5-10mins.
- add one teaspoon of salt in the water adding flavor to potato. Boiled potatoes for about 15mins or until fork tender.
- re-used the water to boil broccoli for 5mins, a good teaspoon of olive oil would add shine to the veggies.
- placed salmon on non-stick wok (Tefal), topped with a pat of butter and add a few slices of lemon pan fried for 5 mins for both sides
- preheat the oven for baking at 170c, set for fan & grill function, baked salmon fillet for 5mins.
- making the sauce, heat up the same pan and adding 2 tablespoon of sour cream, add garlic, mustard till is boiled.
- add chopped fresh dill, lemon zest and lemon juice to taste.
